How do I change the environment for a device?

If you ever need to change the environment that has been specified for your device, just follow these simple steps.

Go to Server Details

Here I have a server that's in the wrong environment. In order to change its environment, I need to go to the Server Details page.

Here you can see the Environment in the Server Details page. Edit the Server Details.

Choose or Add an Environment

You can either edit the Environment name, or simply select from an existing environment and use that. Save, and your server's environment name will be updated accordingly.

You can also manage your environments from the Environments page on the Settings tab. Here you can easily add, delete, or select a default environment for all new monitored servers.
