If you have reached this page, the Retrace Agent has failed to install. Please see the error codes and match them up with the coordinating numbers below.
Error Code – 1xx
Error codes in the 100’s relate to conditions on the host machine or operating system which impact the operational capacity of the agent.
Error 101
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Insufficient Disk Space (200mb minimum is required)
Error 102
- Applies To: Windows or Linux
- Problem: Unsupported OS Version
- Troubleshoot: Check the .NET System Requirements
- Troubleshoot: Check the Linux System Requirements
Error 103
- Applies To: Windows or WebJobs
- Problem: Conflicting Profilers Found
- Troubleshoot: Please uninstall the other profiler running on this server (Ex: New Relic, Dynatrace, AppInsights, etc.)
Error 104
- Applies To: Windows
- Problem: .NET 2.0 Classic App Pools are in use.
- Troubleshoot: Enabling Classic IIS App Pools
Error 105
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: System Time is out of sync.
- Troubleshoot: Double check that your server time is accurate.
Error Code – 2xx
Error codes in the 200’s indicate that the agent is unable to connect to services that are required. Check firewall rules, DNS resolution, and network connectivity. Also, you might need to configure an HTTP Proxy.
Error 201
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Failure attempting to connect to https://svc.stackify.com
Error 202
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Failure attempting to connect to https://api.stackify.com
Error 203
- Applies To:Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Failure attempting to connect to https://presence.stackify.com
Error 204
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Failure attempting to connect to https://s1.stackify.com
Error 205
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Failure attempting to connect to Azure Service Bus
Error 206
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Failure attempting to connect to Azure Blob Storage
Error 207
- Applies To: Windows, Linux, or WebJobs
- Problem: Failure attempting to connect to Azure Table Storage
