With the new log collectors feature, you can now easily configure the agent to upload Event Logs, Syslogs, PHP logs, or IIS request logs.  Navigate to the Settings tab to configure these settings globally, or go to the Server Settings to configure per server.  You can read more about enabling this new functionality at our documentation article entitled Log Collectors.

We now have a PHP logging library available on Github!  This includes plug-ins to allow you to capture Errors and Logs in Stackify using frameworks such as Monolog and log4php.  Just follow the configuration details located in Stackify’s PHP Github page.  More on the status of PHP support in Stackify, including logging to syslog, can be found in our documentation at Errors and Logs for PHP apps.

You will now have the option to set monitors and alert thresholds for the web performance of your app in the App Configuration module.  These monitors include Request per minute, Satisfaction score, HTTP Error %, and Average page load time.  The Web Performance category will show up in the module under the App tab.

Stackify now supports the discovery of Node.js apps including smart default monitors, as shown below.

A new notification groups page allows you to see all the settings for notification groups globally.  With this page comes the added ability to set SMS and Email reminder settings per group.

You may have noticed that the navigational pages have been slimming down over the past couple releases.  We are trying to improve our product to make it more intuitive for all our users.  The old “Stacks” and “Database” tabs have been consolidated and placed in the Monitoring tab to better simplify Stackify.
